No complaint, the venue met required needs, can't recommend highly enough it. Overall hotel was BRILLIANT and we felt safe here, liked its quiet location to everything that the property offers. Location: the venue was close to the beach or town, the lagoon and the beautiful gardens. The breakfast was great, the check in was early.

The best thing about our stay was the amazing hospitality we received. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to cater to our needs. They even had their own tuk tuk service which was a great convenience for getting around. Additionally, the location was perfect - quiet and peaceful, right by the lake and just a short walk from the beach.

They were old and gave off a damp smell that was quite unpleasant. It would definitely benefit from being gutted and updated to match the beautiful outside area and pool.

The hotel was in a riverside setting on banks of Bentota river. What's more, it was near to the beautiful gardens, and the Bentota Ganga with exceptional views across the river.

We had a wonderful stay at this idyllic and relaxing hotel. The staff were attentive, the room was immaculate, and the pool area was stunning with beautiful views of the Bentota Ganga. The food and drinks were slightly pricier than other locations, but the quality was excellent. The hotel is slightly off the beaten track, but they offer a free boat service to the beach and town. The staff were always available to assist and provide recommendations. it was the perfect peaceful retreat.

The only minor downside was the presence of mosquitos, but this is a common issue in this area.
